For your private spa time, the downstairs master suite includes a king size bed complete with a large shower and generous soaking tub. The other queen bedroom has its own private bath and upstairs there is a bedroom with a twin bed and a daybed with trundle and it too, has its own private bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, DVD and VCR. After a day at the beach, relax on one of two screened in porches including one with a giant porch swing, seating area overlooking a lush pristine creek creating complete relaxation and privacy. Also tucked away in the loft overlooking the living room dining room is a reading nook to escape and find a private moment to indulge in a great book. If you have forgotten your book, there are plenty of paperbacks to borrow in the loft to enjoy for a good beach read.

For assistance in preparing those memorable family meals, there is a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. The living area on the first floor has ample seating for everyone, a TV with surround sound system and an adjoining dining room area with a table that can seat 8 or step out to the screened porch where you will find the opportunity to dine with a view.

As an added convenience, there is a small office area with fax machine/copier and high speed internet.

Conveniently located in the center of it all--only about 6 blocks from the beach and the private Watercolor Beach Club. Guests are also just steps away from WaterColor's top ranked tennis facility, and only a short walk to the pool complex at Camp WaterColor and the pool area at the Boathouse.
