Watercolor amenities offer you the pleasures of a luxurious beach club pool that overlooks the pristine white sandy beaches and beautiful crystal blue waters of the gulf. Towel rental services are located at the poolside for your convenience. If you call ahead, you can reserve the rental of umbrellas and chairs directly on the beach.  In addition to access to this pool, there are 4 other pools in locations throughout WaterColor for your use. The fort playground in the camp district is a great place for kids to expand their imagination and expend some energy. If you happen to bring along a basketball, there is a basketball hoop near the camp district pool for the older kids and adults to shoot a few hoops.

The Boat House, located on Western Lake, offers rental of fishing equipment and a dock area for fishing or waterside access. The walking bridge that spans across Western Lake connects the 499 acres of walking/biking paths throughout WaterColor.  The walking/biking paths don’t just end in WaterColor; the paths continue throughout Walton County and offer miles of scenic pathways for your enjoyment and connect you to many of the State Parks in the area. Within WaterColor, you will find numerous perfectly manicured parks along those pathways, many with water features and lined with different varieties of fragrant flowers, great for family picnics and games.

You will find the focal point for the town center is the clock tower with a water fountain at its base and in the surrounding area retail stores, cafés with outdoor seating, and the continuation of beautifully maintained and brilliantly placed landscaping and lighting to compliment the architecture of the area.

An additional feature that guests staying in WaterColor have access to is the Tennis Center for a nominal fee. It features a stadium court surrounded by a grass-stepped terrace for the gallery, and five Har-Tru HydroCourts, including three that are lit for night play.
