Vacation Rental Description

This is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath with a large floor plan 
measuring a spacious 830 sq’. The open floor plan is well designed 
with a large kitchen, bar top & living/dining space. The unit offers 
sunrise views of Mount Soledad in the mornings & the lights in the 
evening. It is located on the 3rd floor in the quiet corner of the 
building. The first floor is Sammy's wood fire pizza.  

The condo is fully loaded with a euro-style couch, a queen size 
platform bed, barstools for entertaining & a new flat screen TV. The 
kitchen has slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 
built in microwave & all the hardware (utensils, etc). There is also 
a washer/dryer located in the unit.
