Single Family Home in Quiet Bethany Beach Neighborhood in Bethany Beach

-Fully furnished and equipped, single level, single family home located on quiet, tree-lined street in heart of Bethany Beach, Delaware.  
-Walk on wide sidewalk to  beach and boardwalk, bike shop, restaurants, Catholic church, and convenience store.   House is on Bethany trolley line, or use parking permit to park in permit-only spaces near beach and boardwalk.
NEW queen-size bed in master bedroom, single beds in 2nd bedroom, and bunkbeds in 3rd bedroom.  Top bunk limited to 165lbs or under.  Sleep sofa in great room provides sleeping for two on a temporary basis.  The house has cable TV, wireless Internet, DVD player, CD player, and washer and dryer.  Central Air. -Vacationers need to bring consumables, beach toys,  beach chairs, and beach towels, etc.  Sheets and bath towels are provided.
-No pets.  No smoking.

Bedding and towels are included.  Must be laundered and stored by vacationers before leaving.   Beach towels are not provided.  Sofa bed in the great room may be used by occasional guests during rental period; not recommended for every-day use due to inconvenience.

House has central air conditioning.

May 25 to June 1st  weekly rental is $900.
June 8th - Sept. 1st weekly rental is $950.
Beginning Sept. 3rd weekly rental is $750.

Resort tax is 6 % of rent.

Security deposit of $200 is due along with balance of the rent 14 days prior to check in.  Deposit will be refunded in full except for the following occurrences:  damages beyond wear and tear, additional charge for cleaning ($100) if home is not left the way it was found, failure to leave parking permit ($75), and/or departure beyond 11 a.m. check out time ($50) without permission from owner. 

Owner requests signed rental agreement along with a $100 reservation deposit to secure reservation.  Reservation deposit is nonrefundable.
