RESERVATION DEPOSIT BINDS: $500 applied to final balance.

Utility Fee: $10/day. Damage Waiver Fee $69

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees,and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $165, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.
