This condo unit is ideal for couples and small families.  Enjoy not one but two community pools!  You`ll spend a great deal of your time on the screened in porch just taking in the Lake`s water views - no docks to block your view and no boat noise late at night.  This unit is perfect!

This condo unit is just eight steps down from the large open parking lot.  You`ll enter into the tastefully decorated open floor plan and will immediately be drawn to the amazing view of the Lake beyond.  Just off to the right of the entry is the quite functional u-shaped kitchen and breakfast bar.  Off to the left of the entry is the very convenient washer and dryer closet.  The dining area is set up for four with additional high top seating for two at the breakfast bar.  The living room is very roomy with lots of space to kick back and enjoy everything this condo has to offer to vacationing guests.  Fireplace, flat screend TV, cable service, VCR, DVD, queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. 
      
The condo has two great bedrooms.  Both with queen size beds and flat screend cable TV.  The second bedroom has a pocket door access to the full size Hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The master bedroom is lakeside with its queen size bed, private double vanity bath with a shower tub combination unit.  The master also has a great window view of the Lake and slider door access to the screened in porch.
 
Just off the living area is the slider door access to the screened in porch.  Now this is where you`ll spend most of your time (when you`re not swimming, boating or shopping).  The screened in porch has seating for at least four people and includes a gas grill for serving up anything your taste buds desire .

The wonderful 1,100 square foot vacation rental is available year around and features central heating/air, cable TV (even in each bedroom), DVD, VCR, fans, all bedding, dish towels and iron.  The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator.  Other features include weekly trash service, open parking, and laundry room.

You are close to everything at the Lake by staying in the condo.  You are two miles from Old Kinderhook Golf Course.   Just down the road from many of the Lake`s most popular state park - Ha Ha Tonka State Park and the Casa Del Loco Winery.  You are about 20 minutes from the Premium Outlet Mall and Big Surf Water Park and have an easy drive to the Bagnell Dam area.

Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances.  Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.  We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.

Nightly Rental Rates:

Off-Season (Labor Day - April) ..........$105.00/night.
In-Season (May - June)...................$144.00/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...........$155.00/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%!

Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy. Additional guests charged $25 per night (limit 2).

On site boat slip (12X23) rental is $10.00 per day - Deck Boats only.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $95 and Processing Fee $30.  Early arrival/late departure fee - $75. 

This property has a $200 refundable damage deposit.
