This home, built in 2004 and professionally designed and decorated,
is in Amelia Island Plantation, a gated AAA - Four Diamond
resort comprising 1,350 acres of the southern end of Amelia Island.
It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 100 yards from a
full-service health and fitness facility with an indoor pool and a
tennis complex with 22 clay courts, 200 yards from a fresh water fishing lake and a five minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.
The Plantation has little car traffic and
is perfect for biking, jogging and walking, with paths covering the
entire resort under a natural canopy of live oaks.
The home, tastefully furnished and designed for comfort to create
the perfect vacation environment, includes: approximately 2,800 SF
with 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms; master bedroom on the first
floor with a king bed, two reading chairs, a 30" television, and a
large walk-in closet; master bathroom with dual vanities, soaking
tub and large separate shower; the 2nd bedroom with two
double beds and its own separate bathroom; the 3rd bedroom with
twin beds and its own separate bathroom; living room overlooks the
pool with a 36" television with a surround sound system; study also
overlooks the pool with a sectional sofa, chair, and a smaller
television; ceiling fans in living room, study, side porch and all
bedrooms whole house sound including speakers on the side porch and
around the pool; fully equipped kitchen with bar; dining room with
table that seats 8 people; large laundry room with washer, dryer and
laundry sink; one car garage; separate outdoor shower; pool with
privacy fence and patio furniture (table, chairs, chaise lounges);
and gas grill.
