Vacation Rental Description

This home, built in 2004 and professionally designed and decorated, 
is in Amelia Island Plantation, a gated AAA - Four Diamond 
resort comprising 1,350 acres of the southern end of Amelia Island.  
It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 100 yards from a 
full-service health and fitness facility with an indoor pool and a 
tennis complex that hosts the annual WTA Bausch & Lomb Tennis 
Tournament; 200 yards from a fresh water fishing lake; and 500 yards 
from the Atlantic Ocean.  The Plantation has little car traffic and 
is perfect for biking, jogging and walking, with paths covering the 
entire resort with a natural canopy of live oaks.  

The home, tastefully furnished and designed for comfort to create 
the perfect vacation environment, includes: approximately 2,800 SF 
with 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms; master bedroom on the first 
floor with a king bed, two reading chairs, a 30" television, and a 
large walk-in closet; master bathroom with dual vanities, soaking 
tub and large separate shower; the 2nd bedroom with two 
double beds and its own separate bathroom; the 3rd bedroom with  
twin beds and its own separate bathroom; living room overlooks the 
pool with a 36" television with a surround sound system; study also 
overlooks the pool with a sectional sofa, chair, and a smaller
television; ceiling fans in living room, study, side porch and all 
bedrooms whole house sound including speakers on the side porch and 
around the pool; fully equipped kitchen with bar; dining room with 
table that seats 8 people; large laundry room with washer, dryer and 
laundry sink;  one car garage; separate outdoor shower; pool with 
privacy fence and patio furniture (table, chairs, chaise lounges); 
and gas grill.

High-speed cable wireless internet service is available.

Linens are furnished.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Plantation includes: golf on 3 golf courses; tennis on 21 clay 
courts; swimming at the Beach Club pool; fishing in Red Maple Lake 
(freshwater), at Walker's Landing (saltwater) and on the beach; 
bicycle and island hopper rentals; health and fitness center, with 
indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room; tram service; 
children's programs; full service spa; food service at the Inn, the 
Beach Club, Falcon's Nest Bar, Veranda Restaurant, and Marche 
Burette; biking, jogging, and walking; and interdenominational 
services at Amelia Plantation Chapel.

Activities and Attractions

Outside of the Plantation features: Fernandina Beach, 10 minutes 
from home that has many fine restaurants and shops and a historical 
district; a Harris Teeter grocery store 5 minutes from home; a 
Publix grocery store 10 minutes from home; Big Talbot Island, Little 
Talbot Island and Cumberland Island National Parks surround Amelia 
Island; horseback riding; kayaking and canoeing; deep sea and 
inshore fishing; Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport is 10 minutes 
away; the Jacksonville International Airport is approximately 30 
minutes away; Fernandina Beach has a hospital, Baptist Medical; 
Alltell Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars and the world-
renowned Mayo Clinic are 45 minutes away.

RENTALS FROM MARCH through SEPTEMBER ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
Does not includge amenity fee.  Amenity fee allows guests to use certain Plantation facilities: golf 
courses, tennis courts, fitness facility, Beach Club Bar and Grill, 
restaurant at the Inn, bike, island hopper and Segway rentals and 
tram.   
Amenity card is not mandatory nor required for a great vacation!!
