It is a 1st floor unit that boasts 2 sets of french doors opening onto a quaint private paradise. Lounge chairs and a table for four with overhead fans await your arrival. This air conditioned unit has been painted throughout with soft citrus splashes, quality linens, new hide a bed and 2 chairs, it includes a king or 2 twin configuration and a queen size bed. We offer the use of 2 adult bikes at no addtional charge*. Only a short walk from Duval St, Sunset at Mallory Square, Fort Zach Beach or the community pool... the list gos on.... enjoy the vibrant life of Key West and know that you have your very own sanctuary to return to.

We offer central air conditioning, overhead fans in the living area and both bedrooms, as well as 2 fans on rear patio. Quality linens, and towels. Washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Two wall mounted flat screen TV's, DVD player, ipod/cd player, alarm clock. Secured highspeed internet and free long distance to contenintal USA and Canada. Full size fridge with icemaker, full range, over the range microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Cutlery, full set of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses etc. Cooking utensils, pots and pans even a cork screw and bottle opener all supplied. All you need is your groceries. 2 Adult bikes eliminate the need for a rental car if you fly into Key West direct.

Start your evening at Sunset at Mallory Square with the merchants and buskers you will be sure to be entertained. Then carry on to Duval Street where you are sure to be entertained what every your taste..... fine dining or a lively bar. The choice is yours you will find it all in Key West.

High Season: Dec 22 thru April 27 - $1850 per wk
Shoulder Season: April 27 thru June 29 - $1400 per wk
Low Season: June 29 thru August 30 - $1250 per wk
September: Aug 31 thru September 28 - $1050 per wk
Low Season: September 28 to October 19 - 1250.00
Shoulder Season: Oct 27 thru Dec 21 -$1400 per wk
Fantasy Fest - Oct 19-26 is priced at high season rates.
Monthly Rates available upon request.
Rates are subject to a 7.5% state tax plus a 5% local tax for a total of 12.5% tax
