Situated on 15 private acres and 1500 feet of shore frontage, this is a lengendary retreat in the region. Built in 1888, the post-and-beam building features a billiard room, three-sided fireplace, second-story rotunda, wrap-around porch and dining room/kitchen with capacity to feed a crowd. The home has a large front lawn overlooking Great Moose Lake and St. Alban's Mountain.

You are 1:15 from white-water rafting, 2 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, 1:15 hour from Moosehead Lake and one hour from Belgrade Lakes.
If you want to shop, visit Freeport and LL Bean on the way north (1.30 hours away).
