This beautiful 3500 sf 3 story home is located just a half block and a 2 minute stroll to a private beach entrance. The house offers plenty of space to enjoy company or some separate quiet time.

Enjoy the 3rd floor game room with POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL, DARTS, X BOX, WII GAME, SEPARATE TV SITTING AREA and CARD TABLE FOR BOARD AND CARD GAMES.

It will sleep up to 14 comfortably with two king and two queen bedrooms along with a 2 queen futon beds as well as a two window seat youth beds.

There are 4 full baths, two fully equipped kitchens as well as 2 washers and dryers and 2 natural gas grills. Wireless high speed internet and free long distance phone service is also available in the house.

A separate dining area with a beautiful 11 foot glass dining table will seat 10-12 people. The adjoining kitchen will also seat 7 people. There is also a high chair, portable crib, and stroller available.

There are 3 large living room areas and over 1000 sq ft of baconies with plenty of deck chairs. From the viewing/party/sunning third floor deck you can see the Gulf of Mexico and have a bird's eye view of the surrounding beach areas. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Beach chairs, rolling cooler and a beach wagon for easy transportation to the beach are available.

The home is in a private gated community. ONE OF THE TWO COMMUNITY POOLS IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET JUST 100 FEET FROM THE FRONT DOOR. You are a short stroll to the most beautiful white beach in Florida and a private owners entrance.

Florida's largest outlet mall is two miles away and several golf courses are close by. It is located right in the heart of the Destin Beaches with excellent dining and is the ideal place to relax, enjoy, and treat yourself to a memorable vacation.
