This well presented dwelling is a short walk to the beach and is located to the rear of the complex with no communal walls, offering quiet, comfortable surroundings and immediate access to the sparkling swimming pool.  It is clean and modern having been recently fully updated.  It has ample parking spaces, wash room, fully fitted kitchen, one master bedroom (queen bed) and one second bedroom (queen + single beds) plus a sofa bed in the living area, sleeping up to six.

Should you wish to venture further, the Suncoast Beach Trolley stops at the front  of the complex and travels between St Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach (north) or Pass-A-Grille (south) daily with unlimited stops for one low price.  There are also a few companies offering free rides on electrical vehicles - you just pay a tip!  These electrical trollies run all the way until 2am - perfect for that trip back from the beach bar.
