The Executive House
The 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom EXECUTIVE HOUSE is 2400 square ft of luxury
appointments. Open plan living. Sleeps 8

• With a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher and disposal unit. Fridge freezer with Ice maker.

• There is a custom sunken tub in the master bedroom which has a King size bed, sun room and kitchenette.
• The one guest bedroom is granny flat en suite with a kitchenette and a queen bed.

Ther NEW solar heated pool with a sunny patio overlooking the
water.
Attached to the sea wall is a fishing and boat dock that attracts all kinds of birds
such as herons, egrets and pelicans.
Dolphins swim by daily and you may see an occasional manatee!

The Condos                                                                                                        There is a Whispers condominium to suit your needs. The two bedroom condominium sleeps six. The Large Deluxe One Bedroom condos sleep four and smaller Standard one bedroom units sleep two - four.

All the condos are similarly appointed. (see list of amenities below)
Plus there is the Fabulous Executive House that sleeps 6-8.

All the condominiums are updated, tiled and painted and preserve the charm of a bygone Florida era.

The two bedroom condominium, for example is decorated in a Florida Theme
of pastel colors and tiled floors trimmed in pale tones of mint.
The one bedrooms are similarly done with themes of Africa, Hawaii,
the South West, Oriental, and English Cottage and an Art Deco them.

The condominiums are set amid lush palm trees and gardens with a
central courtyard with fountains and park benches.

• Every condo has upgraded genuine, luxurious feather beds for you tosink into for a sweet nights rest.
• The bedrooms each have a queen size bed (larger than a double) and the two bedroom has a queen and two singles (can be made into a king). Some one bedroom nits have a king bed.
• The living room in each condominium also has a sleeper sofa.
• Ceiling fans, heating and air conditioning is in each unit
• All the condos have are painted, tiled and updated.
• There is a full size kitchen with a full size stove with an oven a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster.

All dinnerware and appliances are included including beach towels and

total privacy and quiet.

Did I mention that we are in a FANTASTIC location?
You can walk to anywhere in five minutes, even to the local
supermarket!
We are close to historical Johns Pass Village for sea food dining,
galleries and shops.
Historic Johns Pass is reminiscent of a bygone era, with its rough wooden buildings sporting fading tin roofs. Set on stout wooden pilings, the fishing boats dock there each evening.
It is famous for its fresh seafood restaurants and lively bars.
Papa Ernest Hemingway would be quite at home here!

Across the road there is a day spa, and a community center with
regular activities such as bingo, and jazz bands and morning markets etc.
There is a small park as well. Up the road, the beach has a children's play center with slides and monkey bars.

At night there are dozens of nearby beach restaurants awaiting you,
as well as night clubs, bars, and great shopping in our village
square.
There are excellent discount outlet malls within a few miles drive.

Also in the vicinity, within a short drive, there are golf courses,
nature Reserves, bird watching, parasailing, scuba diving, dolphin
cruises, gambling cruises, and our pristine Treasure Island beaches
that are ranked as the finest beaches in the USA!!

You are also right on the Barrier Islands in the warm Gulf of
Mexico, with 30 miles of wonderful beaches, boating, swimming,
tanning, jet skiing and water skiing.
Just a short drive over the connecting causeway will take you to the
sophisticated shopping, galleries and dining of Downtown St
Petersburg and Tampa.
