Charming One Bath/Bedroom one block from beach in Cocoa Beach

Our charming one bedroom apartment is completely renovated and
furnished with brand new furnishings. It is 722 sf with a private
front patio on the ground floor with a parking slot outside. A short
walk down the street takes you to the beach. The apartment includes
all essentials such as linens, towels, full kitchen including
microwave and dishwasher, all dishes and utensils needed, dining for
4, patio furniture and beach chairs and towels. There is a Queen
sized, pillow topped bed in the bedroom and queen size pull out couch
in the living room, so it comfortably sleeps four. The Cocoa Beach
area is a pleasant, casual, beach town where swimming, fishing,
surfing, boating, biking, tennis and golf are all within easy reach.
It is only 50 miles from the Orlando airport and all major
attractions such as Disney, SeaWorld, MGM and Universal Studios. If
the timing is right you can view the Space Shuttles from Cape
Canaveral right on the beach. The Kennedy Space Center is also
within the area. The Cocoa Beach Recreational Center/Country Club is
a mile down the road where you can swim in an olympic sized public
pool (as well as kiddie pool), tennis and golf course. This is a
family friendly community which welcomes both young and wise. Aqua
Seas Condos is a small complex of only 10 units. There is a laundry
room on the premises. It is a quiet, private complex where you always
feel the ocean breeze right outside.
