If you are looking for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy, you have found it in this delightful and peaceful condo directly on the Links Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay.   Our condo has a view where you can see for miles across the bay, from inside the unit or from the oversized balcony.   Watch the boats and golfers as they go by.    And when the dolphins swim by it is always a pleasure to watch as they splash and glide through the water.    

The open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen area makes it very easy to spend time with family and friends. The unit has everything you need for your stay including an updated kitchen, TVs, DVD players, and more. Off the living area is a large balcony, at over 200 sq feet, providing plenty of room to relax.   Enjoy a quiet meal on the balcony, a good book in the shade, or just enjoy surroundings.  The balcony is the perfect place for viewing fireworks from the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

The master bedroom is off the living room and is complimented with large windows looking to the bay and balcony. The spacious room has a queen size bed, TV and attached updated bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is off the hall with two twin beds. The second bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. The sleep sofa provides additional sleeping space if needed. Each bedroom has it’s own TV.

Should you decide you want the unit, we require $45 processing fee which includes an accidental damage protection plan.
