Renting for over 10 years. With four bedrooms and one and a half
bathrooms,the home provides comfort for six. Cottage has a large, rear
deck picnic area,deck swing and fire ring area. (see photos)

The home has both lower and upper master bedroom deck that offer
a great view of the lake and Bluff area of Keuka. It is centrally
located on Keuka. House is near three lakefront restaurants, one is a
short walk nearby. Cottage is also close to Jake's Boat Livery that
has a small convenience store, launch site and bait shop. Handy to
everything!

There is a large sunroom to the front facing the lake. The rear deck
leads into a knotty pine, eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped.
The living room in the center of the cottage has comfortable
furnishings for guests to enjoy evening movies or board
games. Full laundry room.

The second floor master bedroom has a queen size bed, and large deck.
The second floor also features three additional bedrooms:
two bedrooms have twin beds, one has a full size bed. There are
one and a half total baths.

The natural, level lakefront diagonally across the street is easily
accessible and perfect for children. The water depth is gradual for
ideal swimming, and there is a dock with whips to moor your boat.

Keuka Lake and the Finger Lakes wine region.

Nearby within a very short drive are wine tours, fine dining, and
numerous local festivals.

Swimming, fishing, boating, scuba diving, hiking, cycling, golf,
arts & crafts, antiques, Glenn Curtiss museum, Corning Glass Museum,
Rockwell Museum of Western Art, Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins
Glen International Race Track, Stony Brook State Park, etc.

Rental week is Saturday (1PM) to Saturday (10AM).
