Neat, nice and very clean!   Recently remodeled, two-story was our former home and popular.  It has been fully booked "in season" the for over seven years. Very reasonable rates!  Ew have been renting this cottage for over 15 years. With four bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, the home provides comfort for six. Cottage has a large, rear deck picnic area, deck swing and fire ring area. (see photos)

The natural, level lakefront is diagonally across the street, (no steps, just small incline) is easily accessible and perfect for children. The water depth is gradual and for ideal swimming.  There is a dock with whips to moor your boat of up to 21'. The home has both lower and upper decks that offer a great view of the Bluff area of the lake. One deck is off the master bedrom. It is centrally located on Keuka. The house is very near three lakefront restaurants, one is a short walk. Cottage is also close to Jake's Boat Livery that has a small convenience store, launch site and bait shop. It is handy for everything!

There is a large sunroom to the front facing the lake. The rear deck leads into a knotty pine, eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped. The living room in the center of the cottage has comfortable furnishings for guests to enjoy evening movies or board games. There is also a full laundry room.

The second floor master bedroom has a queen size bed, and large deck. The second floor also features three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds, one has a full size bed. There are one and a half total baths.

Pets are allowed, but only with prior pre-approval.

Located at 12789 West Lake Rd (Rte 54-A) 7 miles south of Branchport and 7 miles north of Hammondsport, NY near the Keuka Yacht Club. It is in the heart of Keuka Lake and the Finger Lakes wine region.

Nearby, within a very short drive are wineries, fine dining, and numerous local festivals.

$250 Refundable Cleaning Deposit to Hold with half of total rent due upon confirmation. Balance of rent is due by June 1 before rental date.  Cleaning deposit is refunded after satisfactory inspection at the end of rental .
