Welcome to "Beach Paradise" at Pelican Isle. Pelican Isle is one of the newest luxury condominiums on Okaloosa Island. Your tropical vacation begins as you walk inside the unit with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. THE EMERALD GREEN WATERS and SUGAR WHITE BEACHES will take your breath away!
Our 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is decorated in a wonderful West Indies decor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious pillow top mattress, TV , DVD player and private bathroom. There are two custom built bunk beds in the hallway which allow the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people including the queen pull out sofa bed in the living room and access to the second full bathroom. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and entrance to the private GULF FRONT BALCONY!
Sit and relax on our private balcony with table, chairs and watch the dolphins give their daily show or ENJOY the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from your "PRIVATE PARADISE".
The kitchen is open, bright and cheery, fully equipped with everything a family needs to prepare a memorable seafood feast! Seating for up to six people.
The property consists of 300ft of sugar white sandy beaches, large pool deck with lounge chairs, GULF FRONT heated pool (seasonally) and also a GULF FRONT spa to relax after a enjoyable day at the beach.
Shuttle service available between Okaloosa Is and Destin provided by Okaloosa County Transit.
