Welcome to Emerald Towers West on the Emerald Coast of Florida! Vacation and relaxation begin as you walk into this elegant 3B/3B Gulf Front unit with unobstructed views of the EMERALD GREEN WATER & SUGAR WHITE BEACHES of Okaloosa Island, your very own vacation paradise!
The unit is located on the first floor of the building (actually 2nd, parking on the 1st floor) directly on the beach. Walk through the tastefully decorated living room to your private balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Entrances to the balcony are from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedrrom has a king size pillow top bed and attached bathroom. Also a 24 in flat screen TV with DVD player, and 3 large windows in addition to the sliding patio doors give this master suite a AWESOME GULF FRONT VIEW!
The second master bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed with an attached bathroom, 24 in flat screen TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has 2 twin pillow top beds with a bathroom in the hallway, 22 in flat screen TV with DVD player. Extra sleeping capacity with the living room queen sleeper sofa bed for those extra family member or friends.
The bright and open kitchen is fully equipped has granite counter tops and seating for up to seven. Washer and dryer are located off the kitchen hallway to enable guests to pack lightly. A large mudroom provides space for your sand/beach toys, coolers etc. Also, wireless internet service.
The living room has a 33 in flat screen TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo system and a VCR movie and book library. All that is necessary to unwind and ENJOY YOUR BEACH FRONT VACATION! Lets not forget the AWESOME GULF FRONT VIEWS from your living room patio!
