This Beach Dreams cottage  features two bedrooms (one queen, one full, pull-out sofa in the living room), full bath,kitchen and a three season porch with glass/screen panels. Comfortable furnishings and all the modern appliances you need, including a washer/dryer and air conditioning. Cable TV and a DVD are included. Located on a 40 acre site, there are three swimming pool areas, tennis court, clubhouse (with a fitness center), hot tub .Pick up the trolley at the Beach Dreams entrance and go to any of the area beaches including Wells, Moody and Ogunquit. Play a round of golf at a nearby course, go fishing, see summer theater and enjoy all the splendor that the area has to offer.

Off season: May 1-May 25, 2013 and September 7 - October 31,2012  $550.00 per week - 3 night minimum @ $75.00 per night

Mid-Season: May  25 - May 29, 2013 $650.00 per week - 3 night minimum @ $90.00  per night

June 30-July 14, 2013 $825.00 a week

Season: July 14-August 28, 2013  $975.00 a week

Long weekends or mid-week subject to availability

$75.00 cleaning fee, 7% Maine tax, $100.00 returnable security deposit
