A New York "Gem" in Harlem in Manhattan

The one bedroom apartment is located in a Brownstone Townhouse in Harlem.

The living room is furnished with two sofas which sleeps two people. There is a television set with cable, a coffee table, decorative fire place and small paintings.

The bedroom has three beds. Two of them can be place together to make a king size bed.  Linens are provided. There is an air conditioner.

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary item to cook.

The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, sink and w/c. Towels are provided. 

The apartment is in Central Harlem, near all major subway stations, buses and the Metro North trains. It is near the Marcus Garvey park, churches, shops and restaurants.

In the area there are movie theatres as well as the famous APOLLO THEATRE which is a few blocks away from the apartment. There is outdoor swimming pool in Marcus Garvey park and in Central park which is not too far from the apartment, as well as Sunday morning Gospel singing at the different churches. Jazz clubs, restaurant are shopping areas such as the famous Harlem Market where you can find lots of ethnic items and gifts.

The rates may differ due to the hoilday seasons and also upon the number of persons staying in the apartment.

One month minimum rental $3000. Cleaning fee of $150.00USD.
