This lovely modern home in the woods is on a cul-de-sac. It is private and quiet but close to town, pond, ocean and bay. The home is comfortable and tastefully furnished on the ocean side of Route 6 in upscale Wellfleet Woods.; You can get to the ocean and pond beaches using back roads and avoid driving on Route 6...or ride your mountain bike or walk through trails in the woods to Gull Pond (20 minutes). The home includes skylights, a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, full bath and washer/dryer on first floor. Two bedrooms, one with its own private deck, are upstairs with a full bath. Enjoy the large ground level deck and enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is a ping pong table in the basement. The house has WiFi.

The bedrooms are large and airy. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has sliders leading out to the deck. The upstairs bedrooms have their own full bath and one of the upstairs bedrooms has its own private deck. The twin beds in the upstairs bedrooms can be pushed together to make a king size bed. There is a brand new queen size sofa bed in the living room that is comfortable as a couch and as a bed. Bathrooms have ceramic tile floors, powerful showers and lots of hot water.; The upstairs bathroom has a skylight. The master bedroom on main floor and large ground level deck makes this home wheelchair accessible. There is a slight step from ground to deck and from deck to living room.

In past summers our house has been fully rented. Renters have consistently given us rave reviews. This is a house we love and use ourselves and the only reason we rent it is because we live too far away to use it as much as we'd like. You will have a great time here.
vacation rental rates
$200 security deposit required. $100 discount for 2 or more week rentals. $1400 for early and late summer (May, June and September, October) $1900 for July and August.
