All linens and cooking utensils provided. There is, also, available a computer with broadband internet or wireless connection, 2 dvd players, 2 Dish TVs, and a fax machine.  This is a family home that is rented out for certain times.  It is not exclusively a rental. 

Close to the beach, next to popular Montana Ave.,  walking distance to movies,
restaurants,
shopping, 3rd St. Promenade, Malibu, Venice, and the ocean. Tennis
courts, basketball courts, and running track nearby. Pets ok with pet
deposit.
