Architecturally designed unique multi-level condominium in Santa Monica.
Award-winning. Two story, nearly 20' high, living area with loft and pool table, Viking equipped two story kitchen with double oven and cooktop, Subzero refrigerator, granite counters and satillo tile floor. Condo has 2 gas and wood burning fireplaces, newly redone hardwood floors throughout, private outdoor loft deck with plants, table and chairs, private roof deck with ocean view, a tree shaded balcony off of the living room, steam bath and jacuzzi in master bath. Master bath has a travertine counter, floor. and double sinks. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms have trundle beds or a double bed, if desired, and have french doors opening onto a private patio. This is truly an exciting, unique space with lots and
lots of light, ocean breezes, and beautiful views. Great location. The condo doesn't have the sterility of a hotel. Much more personal and warm, with lots of personality. Definitely a beautiful place. More photos are available upon request.

Private Roof deck and loft deck with BBQ for outdoor eating and lounging. Great living areas. Lots of private space and shared spaces as well. High end appliances and fixtures throughout. Lots of bells and whistles. Dishwasher, trash compacter, Viking double oven, microwave, and a small private yard with a usually abundant bearing tangelo fruit tree.
All linens and cooking utensils provided. There is, also, available a computer with broadband internet or wireless connection, 2 dvd players, 2 Dish TVs, and a fax machine. This is a family home that is rented out for certain times. It is not exclusively a rental.

Close to the beach, next to popular Montana Ave., walking distance to movies,
restaurants,
shopping, 3rd St. Promenade, Malibu, Venice, and the ocean. Tennis
courts, basketball courts, and running track nearby. Pets ok with pet

$325. per weekday with Special winter rate. w/min. 2 day stay. March 7-April 1= $370. is the daily rate. March 26-September 5= $385. is the daily rate. All rates are for 6 or fewer people. If more than 6 then, there is a $20. per person per day additional fee.
Possible one day/special event rate upon request.
