vacation destination. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a friendly
family environment with breathtaking panaromic views of the Atlantic
Ocean with sunrises to the east and spectacular sunsets to the west.
Come, relax, enjoy and escape to one of the world's most beautiful
whitest smooth sand beaches. You are just steps from a stroll along
the beach or relax on our spacious 250 sq ft balcony and watch the
dolphins swim by. Our facility has a heated pool, shuffleboard,
private double car garages and a washer and dryer conveniently
located on every floor. Come, relax and enjoy uninterrupted quality
time!

Our unit is newly decorated and fully equipped with 2 Cable TVs,
VCR,DVD player,linens, complete kitchen including stove, microwave,
refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, disposal. Double car garage
with automatic door opener.

King size bed with new linens in Master Suite with windows looking
out to the beautiful Atlantic ocean and sliding glass doors to
balcony. Dressing area and large walk-in closet. Twin beds with new
linens in second bedroom with large walk-in closet.

Living Room has sliding glass doors to spacious balcony with balcony
chairs and a table with four chairs to enjoy a relaxing meal and take
in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Our living room also has windows
looking out to the Atlantic ocean with a Leather sofa and loveseat
and reclining leather chair with ottoman. Bar area has barstools and
you can enjoy views of the Atlantic from this area also.

You are minutes from NASA Space Coast exhibits at Cape Canaveral and
Kennedy Space Center. 15 Minutes from Daytona Beach and NASCAR.

New Smyrna Beach offers 13 miles of beach area offering sunbathing,
sailing, boating and surfing.

Departure Cleaning Fee - $95
Weekly rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday and check-in time is
3:00 PM or after and check-out is 10:00 AM or before.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit and No pets.
Rental Rates and Cleaning Fee are subject to a 6.5% State Tax and
County Tourism Tax.
