Fun and Funky houseboat nestled in trendy Fox Point Marina!

The houseboat's eleven foot ceilings with exposed beams, ceiling fans and air conditioning, provide a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. A full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and cook-top stove makes cooking easy. It has a comfortably sized bathroom with a full size shower.

The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet storage and a patio door leading to a private deck. Two twin beds in the sleeping loft are a great spot for kids, and the sleep sofa provides additional sleeping options.

Location

Conveniently located in trendy Fox Point Marina it's the perfect spot for anyone coming to visit local area schools as we are steps away from College Hill, Brown University, RISD, and Downtown Providenc!  The marina itself is home to some of the city's hottest restaurants and clubs. Free parking is also provided. 

The Experience

Our boat is docked in a protected part of the marina, but there can be some occasional movement during the day when boats pass by. At night the waters are very calm and some guests even find that a bit of gentle swaying relaxes them and makes for a very restful sleep.

Our ultimate goal is that each of our guests have a vacation of lifetime when they stay on board a SleepAfloat houseboat. We strive to go the extra mile to make your experience truly memorable.
