Charming Beach Retreat in Manzanita

Charming Cape Cod style cottage in quiet Manzanita, Oregon which is
2 hours from Portland and 1/2hour from Cannon Beach on the North
Oregon Coast. This rental is a nicely furnished, architect designed
remodel with hardwood floors and lots of natural light.
The House sleeps up to 6 in 2 bedrooms plus a loft area. It is
approximately 1600 sq.ft. The Master bedroom has its own bath with a
queen bed and a balcony. The second bedroom has a twin and a full
size bed and is upstairs next to the loft which has two queen
futons.
The second full bath is on the main floor.
The main floor has an open living/dining area which looks into the
kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and has a microwave and dishwasher
and is well stocked. There is also an outdoor barbecue on the
deck. The large deck extends towards the front of the house and
provides great views of the mountains to the north and the ocean
through the trees to the West. There are plenty of deck chairs,
tables and a HOT TUB on the deck. The house known as "the Courtyard"
is a block to town and 2 blocks to the beach and is very private
because of its design.
Manzanita is a small beach community with shops, galleries and
restaurants all within walking distance.
No smoking or pets.

Well stocked kitchen,large dining table,  Hot tub, 2 blocks to the beach, 1/2 block to town,
Cable TV/VCR/DVD, Barbecue, Washer and Dryer,
Fireplace, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, Beach Toys and,
towels/linens provided.

Beachcoming, surfing, biking, hiking, golf, boating, fishing, crabbing,
horseback riding, kayaking, birdwatching, antiques, galleries,
restaurants. Nehalem Bay State Park is within walking/biking
distance from Manzanita. Tillamook with its Cheese Factory and Air
Museum is 25 miles south of Manzanita. Fishing includes salmon
fishing, charter boats, crabbing and clamming. For golfers, there
are many courses from Astoria to Lincoln City with Manzanita having
its own public course.

Fall Rates: 
October-December 2009:$150/night; $900/Week; (1 night free on a
weekly rental) 3 night minimum Thanksgiving weekend.

Winter 2010:

January-April: $160/night ; $960/ week (1 night free)

Summer 2010 Rates:

May-June and Sept.: $180 per night: $1080/week (1 night free on a weekly rental)

July 1-Labor Day Weekend:
$1400 Week  WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY JULY 1ST-LABOR DAY WEEKEND;
Friday to Friday rental.

Plus: 8%Room Tax and $80-$100 Cleaning fee;
2 night minimum; Holiday weekends: 3 night minimum
One night deposit plus the Security Deposit is due within 10 days of
booking. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival/or upon
booking.
JULY/AUGUST: $600 is due within 10 days of booking; Final payment is
due 60 days prior to arival date.
A separate Security Deposit in the amount of $200 can be paid by
check which will be held or by providing a credit card number at
the time reservation is made. The Security Deposit will not be
charged or cashed but will be held until the home is checked
following your departure. The deposit is refundable providing there
is no damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning, laundry or
garbage.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to reservation are subject to a $25
processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before
reservation will lose the cost of one night.
JULY-AUGUST: At least 60 days cancellation notice is required to
obtain a refund of the Deposit,minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation made less than 60 days before the reservation will
receive a 50% deposit refund only unless we are able to rebook the
reservation. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the
reservation will receive No Refund unless we are able to rebook the
reservation.
