This three bedroom two bath beautiful condo is located at the Destin West Beach And Bay Resort in the new Heron Building is ready to welcome all to a wonderful vacation! Conveniently located on magnificent Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, just 5 miles west of Destin. Balcony overlooks palm trees and tropical landscaped grounds, the Choctowatchee Bay, and the 700 feet lazy river floating pool. There is a zero entry pool, great for little ones, seasonally heated pool with waterfall, and two large hot tubs. In addition there is another seasonally heated pool designated just for use of guest of the Heron Building! Free hi speed internet access is available too!

All guests can use all of the amenities at Destin West Gulfside. The beautiful Emerald Coast Gulf side has four miles of private beach, a large children's water garden, two additional gulf-side pools and much more. A pedestrian bridge, with elevators, connects the bay side with gulf side, for easy access to the beach. There is parking that is covered on both the beach and bay side.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV with spa style private bathroom. Whirlpool jetted bathtub,custom tiled shower, dual vanities and huge walk in closet. Access the large balcony through sliding glass door from the Master Bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and an adjacent large bath. Perfect for two couples vacationing together with or without the kids! Tropical decor and furnishings set the stage.

Third bedroom is a full sized bedroom with a full size bed below and a twin bed above. TV with DVD - also nintendo game system for the kids to unwind!

Relax in style in this beautifully furnished living room with 32 inch cable TV, DVD and VHS player, stereo with CD and Cassette player. Perfect for catching the big game or movie night with your friends. Additional sleeping space with the Queen sleeper sofa. Browse through our welcome binder for coupons to local attractions and restaurants. Welcome basket with morning coffee, tea and condiments for those late arrivals.

Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is located away from the busy areas of Destin, yet is highly accessible to upscaled factory shops, Destin Commons Mall, Santa Rosa Mall, world class deep sea fishing charter boats, many exclusive golf courses and excellent restaurants. A fishing pier, located on the Gulf, is within walking distance.
