We're a small, intimate, two story building (17 apartments) surrounding our
heated swimming pool. Pousada is located 7 blocks south of Sheridan Sreet on A1A.
Aprroximately 10 blocks north of the band shelter--A quick 10 minute drive from the Ft.
Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, and a 30 second walk to the Broadwalk and beach.

All units come with fully equipped kitchens, dining area, and private bath—just steps away from the
beach and
Hollywood’s Boardwalk. RATES INCLUDE: Utilities, air conditioning, cable TV, French TV during
Season.
Outdoor Gas grill, pool, coin washer/dryer facilities, and free pkg for 1 vehicle.
