Enjoy this spacious property on the largest and cleanest lake (with 9 natural springs) in the Sister Lakes area.  The homes combined have 5 bedrooms with additional sleeping area and central air throughout.  The lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen.   The back house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen.  This retreat has everything you need to just come and enjoy.  With eighty feet of pier for your boats with an attached sundeck, you can fish or tan all day.  The location of these cottages provides a spectacular view of the lake.  The porch facing the lake is where you have your first cup of coffee in the morning and your last cocktail of the evening. NO MORE THAT 10 ADULTS PLEASE.  Maximum occupancy 16.   T

Located 2 hours from Chicago, this package includes washer, dryer, 6 cable TVs, DVD, VHS, gas grill, towels and sheets.  You will enjoy a lake facing recreational room as well.  There is a full service marina with rentals for pontoon boats, speed boats and jet skis.  These cottages are a perfect place to regroup with family and spend quality time alone.  One week in Sister Lakes and you will be hooked.

Downtown Dowagiac is a quant town with several restaurants and shops.  There are local restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, an old fashion soda fountain and even an operating drive-in theater.  Just a quick drive from scenic South Haven and Lake Michigan beaches.  There is always something going on for all types of people, from art fairs to sidewalk sales and everything in between.  Sister Lakes has a cozy small town feel that will recharge your batteries.  It is only 2 hours from Chicago, but you will feel like you're a million miles away. 

The week is Saturday to Saturday.  Check In is 3pm EST, Check Out is 10am EST.

Initial deposit of $1000.00 required  - NOT REFUNDABLE.   The deposit is due within one week of booking.  Final payment due 30 days prior to check in.

$250.00 security deposit due with the final payment.   The check will not be cashed and will be returned after inspection after check out.
