4 Bedroom , 2 full bath Two story home.  Two bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with a full/twin bunk style bed, 1 bedroom with full size bed and a twin trundle bed.

Our home is fully equipped adn includes the washer and dryer, patio furniture, fenced yards front and back.  We include starter products for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facility.  We also make available for your use during your stay numerous VHS movies, board games and library of books for your enjoyment. 

Our home is also located within walking distance of Sand Point park which has picnic tables, a sandy beach area, public restrooms and designated swimming area that is great for family and children to swim during your stay at our home. Play volleyball in our own backyard and roast marshmellows in your own personal firepit!  Our home is also fenced for your children and pets safety.  There are over 10 life jackets stored in the garage for your use and safety. 

The question you should ask yourself is this.....how am I going to fit all theses wonderful activities in one weekend stay!

The Oregon Coast is a wonderful place to visit and enjoy all the activities your heart could desire!

Whatever it is you want to do or experience you will find during your vacation at Lincoln City.

We no longer charge visa's 2 weeks before the vacation rental but must do so upon reservation.  Credit company has increased the processing fees so to eliminate additional charges to our vacationers, billing is accepted in full at reservation time.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

$250.00/night or $225.00 a night for 5 nights or more.

Holiday Rates:
$265.00/night or $250.00 a night for 5 nights or more

Peak Season Rates (March thru Labor Day)
250.00 Per night

Cleaning Fee:  $100.00

Pet Fee: $50.00 per pet

Hotel & Lodging Tax:  9%, not included in nightly rate.
