Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Cable TV, Gas furnace, Wood fireplace insert, Firepit near lake. 90' cedar dock, two large cedar decks, picnic table, Weber Charcoal Grill, Bedding is provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Water softener, 5 gallon bottled water cooler. Four deck chairs.

Water Skiing, swimming, fishing, sun bathing, In season. cherry & apple picking within 3 miles. Charter fishing on Lake Michigan within 15 miles. Beautiful star gazing nights. Shopping withing 15 miles. Safe walking and jogging areas, excellent bicycling areas. For extra guests, Antrim County Camp ground is 2.5 miles north of our cottage.
vacation rental rates
Offering Weekly rates only from July 1 thru Labor Day.
July 1, 2013 thru Labor Day weekend - $2000 per week + $100 Cleaning fee
June rental at $1500 per week or $3500 for Month of June plus $100 cleaning fee
Fall & Winter rates $1000 per week or (Friday thru Sunday) weekend $700 plus $100 cleaning fee.
Nightly rates require a minimum of 2 nights
.
All rentals are subject to 6% Michigan Use Tax
Refundable Security Deposit $300 with final inspection after departure.
Monthly rates are not taxable.
