This luxury rental provides everything you need.  Just bring your swimming trunks and sandals.  All new, high quality mattresses, two king and two twins.  All new furniture, appliances, dishes, utensils, quality linens, towels, etc..  Two large flat screen HD TVs with premium cable and HBO, and DVD player.  High speed wireless internet,  a Weber gas grill, and all the creature comforts of home (if not more).

Seasonal based rates.  Half the rent will be required to hold the reservation with the balance due at or just prior to check-in.  Rates include cleaning fees and all utilities.  A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required.
