The saltwater canal is adjacent to pristine Terra Ceia Bay with easy access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy boating, canoeing, fishing, and bird watching while vacationing at this quiet location, close to many popular destinations. A spacious dock, sundeck, pool area and panaromic sunroom help you fully appreciate the tropical outdoors.  The home is tastefully decorated throughout, with tile and carpet floors, a galley kitchen with modern appliances, and a large open area for eating. Relax over morning coffee or evening beverages while lounging on the deck or spacious sunroom overlooking the water, before or after a day of fishing, boating, shopping or touring.

A short drive away, there are several sandy white beaches along  the Gulf of Mexico, including Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lido Beach, and Siesta Key. 

Just to the north, is pristine Ft. DeSoto Park, St.Petersburg and Clearwater beaches among others.

Great shopping at the Prime Outlets mall in Ellenton is 15 minutes away and other upscale designer malls are located in Tampa and Sarasota.

There are several well and exceptionally well maintained publically available golf courses and tennis courts close by.

Reservation deposit required at time of booking.  Cleaning fee $125.00 (USD) and security deposit apply.

If applicable, Pet Fee deposit due at time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
