Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Greyhawk decorated ina 
Victorian , very elegant style. It has a heated pool that is very 
secluded with the high wall that enwraps it, an extremely quiet 
neighborhood, hi-speed wireless internet access, surround sound 
inside and outside, all the cooking facilities and accoutrements for 
fine dining again inside the home or outside on the patio grill.  

The architecture : marble and granite counters, travertine tile 
throughout, plantation shutters on all the windows, children locks on 
the sliding doors leading out to the pool, snail shower. The master 
bedroom has a King size bed. The mattress and box springs stand about 
4 feet high such that you have to climb upon it. The other 3 bedrooms 
have queen size beds. It's immaculate, very regal, comfortable and 
quiet.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete home furnishings. All you'll need is your own list of 
entertainment and recreational ideas. There is all the cooking 
facilities and utensils you'll need to make gourmet meals or snacking 
just before or after those golf matches.  The pool is heated and 
private. There is surround sound inside the home and outside on the 
patio for parties. And there is wireless hi-speed internet. The 
neighborhood is extremely quiet. There is travertine tile and 
plantation shutters throughout, granite and marble counters and a 
snail shower in the master bath. 

Activities and Attractions

The Greyhawk golf course is about 3 minutes away.  There's a shopping 
center within walking distance where you can either get groceries or 
eat at several very nice restauraunts. TPC and the Princess hotel are 
about 10 minutes away.  This home is at the foot of high desert. If 
you travel north on Scottsdale Blvd you'll see beautiful vistas of 
the desert instantly and if you travel south you're traveling along 
the main boulevard of Scottsdale with all the shopping , 
entertainment 
and dining that Scottsdale has to offer.

There is a basketball court and hiking trails in walking distance. 
There are gym facilities very close to the community. And there are 
equestrian trails within minutes of the home.
