The apartment is furnished in antique and reproduction Dutch
colonial pieces, mostly teak. It is appointed with hand-made
oriental rugs and original oil paintings. Its huge Lanai patio
overlooks a tropical garden and is not exposed to any noise
sources, such as roads or swimming pools. Its orientation
makes it light-filled at all times of the day.

The unit has two walk-in closets, making for easy move-ins. You
will find a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
upper and lower level ovens, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There
are nice "extras", such as two DVD players, and broadband internet
access. There is a washer-dryer in the apartment, yet to ensure you
don't have to keep doing laundry, you will find abundant linens

crowds. So while it is generously sized at 1,800 square feet, it is

A $1,000 security deposit is necessary to reserve this
condominium, and is held in escrow by Emerald Real Estate, one of
Key Biscayne's leading real estate firms. Full payment of rental is
due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded
within 30 days of departure, less a $100 cleaning fee. All short
term rentals are subject to 13% tax in Miami-Dade County.
