$1,800 per week 

$1,700 per week if rented for 2 weeks 

$6,800 for Monthly rental

Available June, July, August, September

$100 Cleaning fee per week for laundry and towles overall cleaning , 50% deposit paid upon booking. Balance to be paid 30 days in advance.

$250 Security Deposit upon check in -- refunded  at check out
