Vacation Rental Description

Aloha! Welcome to Kauai and our beautiful and completely furnished, 
1532 SF spacious, 2 Br., 2 Ba., end unit Townhouse.
Prepared to be comfortable and just like home for your special 
visit on the Garden Isle, this Townhouse will sleep up to 8 with 3 
queen beds and a king size daybed. This will convert to 2 full beds. 
Designed with your relaxation in mind to enjoy your personal and 
couples vacation without stress, our spacious Townhouse will also 
accommodate your plans for a wedding, honeymoon, or families and 
reunions. 
The upstairs sliding door opens to a Lanai and enhances your viewing 
of ocean, mountain and beautiful daily sunsets.
Swim next door in the large pool, gated for safety. Take a secluded 
but rough dirt path at the end of the road, leading down to famous 
Anini Beach. This beach was scenic background for the film, "Thorn 
Birds". Anini Beach is quiet and fairly secluded, with a great view 
of Kilauea Light, and great for swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing 
and picnics. 
At the bluff edge, enjoy a 180 degree view from Bali-Hai to 
Kilauea Point and Lighthouse. During winter and spring months the 
whales will "parade" past this bluff on the way to their annual 
Hawaiian breeding waters. You can watch the whales from our bluff 
area, at Kilauea Light, or charter a whale watching boat to be close 
up and personal with these giant mammals! Wow!
There is a fresh flower "Cutting Garden" on the premises to 
colorfully dress up your visit. 
For the golfer, our Townhouse is situated between Championship 
Prince and Makai "Oceans" Golf Courses. Enjoying high worldwide 
ratings, the Princeville Golf Club offers temporary spa and gym 
memberships at a discounted price for your use.
This massive gym overlooks the golf course, with a 25m pool and 
steam and sauna rooms.
Imagine being surrounded by beautiful blossoming landscape of 
tropical vines, flowers, trees, golf greens and the blue ocean 
water, while enjoying your workout and spa treatment, getting one of 
the best massages you ever had!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our furnished Townhouse has a full arrangement of amenities 
including: 3 Queen beds, 1 King daybed. Full service kitchen with 
wet bar. Washer & dryer, large storage spaces and closets. All 
linens and starter supply of soaps provided. 2 Ceiling fans, a full 
wall of jalousie windows, with new ceiling insulation help to 
enhance the cool Trade Wind breeze. Formal dining area. Comfortable 
Rattan sofas and chairs. View TV or a DVD movie. Listen to our 
AM/FM/CD player. Pick a book from the paperback exchange library.
3 Lanais, at each bedroom and living room. Some beach equipment 
available; Chairs, cooler, beach towels and some toys. 
Now, all you need is food to start your great vacation at our 
spacious and comfortable Townhouse! There are fresh Produce Markets 
scheduled around locally to find fresh vegatables, fruit and 
tropical flowers!!

Activities and Attractions

What is your goal for a vacation? Play? Go flying? Relaxing? Take 
pictures? Sleep?
Get the brochure or go online to find "101 things to do" Hawaii, 
Kauai. There are 101 activities to choose from your active and multi 
recreational to an easy paced schedule.
Golf is very popular on Kauai. 2 World Class Championship courses 
right there at Princeville and other courses around the island. The 
Prince and Makai greens at Princeville Golf Club, are situated on 
either side of our Townhouse, are convenient and you can have 
discount play with gym use as well.
Rental items such as snorkel gear, boogie boards, or diving 
equipment can be obtained down the hill in Hanalei Village.
Church services are available in Hanalei Village or close by.
Most activities are available to you within walking distance or a 
short drive from our Townhouse.
Come to Kauai and put your footprints in the sands of many assorted 
beaches! Surfs Up! Let's snorkel or dive! time to "Shop 'til you 
Drop" , then go out for "Some Enchanted Evening", of dining and 
dancing at a special restaurant or nightclub in the area.
Some places to choose from are: Kilohana Plantation has Tours, 
Brunch, Lunch, evening dining in Gaylords, or popular 
Luaus. Princeville has CJ's for steak. In Hanalei it's
The Dolphin for fresh fish or New Zealand lobster for 2, this is a 
great dining spot, and for Vegans, there is the Postcards Restaurant 
in Hanalei, no meat but they do offer a fish entree. On the eastern 
coast there is the Coconut Village Boutique and dining area, the 
BullShed in the Kapaa/Wailua area. Many choices to whet your 
appetite...

Close your eyes now and feel yourself become merged with
this visual and sensory experience known as the "Garden Isle"!
The entire island of Kauai is full of and celebrates the "Aloha

Vacation Rental Rates

Very competitive room rate of $125.00 per night, (3 night min.), 
plus 11.44% Hawaii taxes and $130 cleaning fee.
We offer a 7 night room rate of $875, plus tax and 
cleaning, for your confirmed reservation. 

A refundable $300.00 security deposit is paid at time of 
reservation to confirm and lock in your dates.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards for easy payment 
convenience as well as a check or money order.
