     We offer all Kauai travelers our private townhouse residence for your special vacation. We are available for rent year 'round!  
     Comfortable and completely furnished, quiet and private, with 2 levels. We have 2 Bedrooms and 2 full Baths with separate vanities. The Townhouse is an end unit, so we are quiet, with no upper or lower neighbors. There is a W/D, full service kitchen, formal dining. 2 ceiling fans and jalousie windows for cooling, 3 Lanais, with the Upper Lanai having landscape, ocean, pool and sunset views. 
     Spaciously furnished, our Townhouse will accommodate up to 8 with 3 queen beds and a king daybed that makes a king bed or 2 twins.
     Designed with your comfort in mind, you can enjoy your vacation in a  spacious and stress free environment.
     Our private end unit Townhouse can accommodate your plans for wedding, with plenty of room for the Bride and her wedding party, your  Honeymoon, families, golf groups and reunions.
     All of this just 5 steps from our dedicated parking!
     The large pool across the parking area is gated for child safety and waits for you to jump in!
     But wait! There's more! Find the secret dirt trail that leads down to ocean swimming and snorkeling at Anini Beach. This beach, is quiet and fairly secluded and offers great views of Kilauea Lighthouse! Swim & snorkel in reef protected water, for smoother and clearer water. Swim, snorkel, go beachcombing and have a picnic.
     At the bluffs edge, enjoy a 180 degree ocean view from Bali-Hai to Kilauea Lighthouse. During winter and spring months the whales "parade" past on the way to their annual Hawaiian breeding area. Watch the whales parade and play with binoculars from our bluff area, or at Kilauea Lighthouse. Better yet, charter a whale watching boat to get close up and personal with these giant mammals! Wow! What a memory that would be!
     The Townhouse common area has a "cutting garden" on the premises to dress up the table during your meals with fresh Bird of Paradise, Ginger, Plumeria and many others. 
     For Golf, our Townhouse is situated between Championship Prince and Makai Golf Courses. Enjoying a "Number 1 " rating, the Princeville Golf Club also has a spa and gym for your use. The gym overlooks the course, with a pool, steam and sauna rooms. Check with princeville golf club for current rates and special deals.

Our many featured amenities are: 2 completely furnished and spacious levels, 2 Br. 2 tub/shower Baths w/vanities. 3 Queen beds, 1 King daybed that converts to twins, a W/D in the unit, Full service kitchen, 2 ceiling fans, Wall of Jalousie windows, TV w/DVD, AM/FM/CD player, a small paperback library, gas BBQ. We are in close proximity to most activities, especially Princeville Ranch, Princeville Golf Club and Hanalei Village. 1/4 mile to easy shopping and dining in Princeville Center or a short drive to Hanalei.  

What is your idea of a great vacation? All day at the beach? Hiking and camping? Tours? Or, just being laid back and relaxing, maybe working on that tan with a good book? 
     Before you arrive, and also when you arrive at Lihue Airport, pick up a brochure, This Week On Kauai, or 101 Things To Do on Kauai. You can also go online for 101thingstodo/hawaii/Kauai. Choose before you leave home, what you want to do, from their current list of recreational, tours, shopping and dining activities.
     Golf is very popular on Kauai. 2 World Class Championship courses are right next door to us in Princeville, Robert Trent Jones designed courses. 
     The Prince and Makai at Princeville Golf Club, situated on either side of our Townhouse, are very convenient and you may arrange for play with gym use as well. There are other courses available around the island.
        Snorkel gear, boogie boards, or diving equipment can be obtained in Hanalei at Chin Young Village Shopping Center, just down the road from Princeville. 
     Most activities are available to you within walking distance or a short drive from our Townhouse. Princeville Center has food, clothing, jewelry, toy and ice cream shoppes. There is also a Library and commercial offices as well.
     Come to Kauai and put your footprints in the warm sand at the many beaches around the island!
     You may find Fresh Produce Markets, scheduled weekly by local vendors, so check and find your fresh vegatables, fruit and tropical flowers close by in Kilauea or another location!
     "Shop 'til you drop", then go for "Some Enchanted Evening" of dining and dancing at a "South Pacific" at a dinner show!
     Some places we recommend to visit are: Kilohana Plantation which has Tours, plus brunch, lunch, and evening dining are available at Gaylords, or  their popular Luau.
     Princeville has CJ's for steak. In Hanalei, it's The Hanalei Dolphin for fresh fish or giant New Zealand lobster. The Dolphin is a great dining spot. Vegans will welcome dining at Postcards Restaurant in Hanalei, no meat but they offer a fish entree. On the eastern coast by Ka'paa, there is the Coconut Village Boutique and dining area, the BullShed restaurant in Wailua. Many choices to whet your appetite...
     Kauai truly celebrates the Aloha Spirit! Experience the history and culture of the Hawaiian people. You can find and experience this in Lihue at the Hawaiian Cultural Musuem, or around the island. Visit the scheduled Produce Markets. Attend a cultural event or Luau that may show historic dance and talk stories of the original and continuing Hawaiian residents.
     For music enjoyment, Classical Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar at the Hanalei Community Center, just left of St. William Church, on Friday or Sunday afternoons. 2009 Peoples Choice Award winners, The McMasters produce a great show with their Slack Key music and sharing stories.
     Our Townhouse Complex has a "Cutting Garden" for you! Cut and then enjoy the aromatic flowers while listening to soft Slack Key island music on our CD player while Trade Wind breezes stir throughout the Townhouse...

     A security deposit of $500, is paid at time of reservation to confirm and lock in your dates. The security deposit is refundable upon return home and return of the key.
     Our special room rate of just $95 per night, (3 night min.), plus HI tax, a $20 energyshare and $150 cleaning fee. This is very competitive as a Townhouse with 2 levels and 1532 SF of spacious living with a great ocen view! Stay with us for 2 weeks or longer, and your 2nd or more week(s) are discounted!
