The apartment is quiet, private, and spacious, about 1,800 sq ft, lots of space and light, a view of community gardens from the top floor on two sides, full size washing machine and gas dryer in apartment, AC in all rooms, wi-fi, printer, fax, HDTV, DVR, DVD player, and private yard. There is one bedroom on the top floor, one on the ground floor, and a large TV room on the ground with a queen size futon couch/bed that doubles as a third bedroom. The top floor bedroom has a queen size bed and pillowtop mattress, black-out curtains, large closet, chest of drawers and bookshelf/night table. The ground floor bedroom has a queen size futon bed, night stand and full closet. There is a full bathroom on each floor and both bathrooms have a bath with shower. The kitchen is on the top floor and is fully equipped. The dining area is upstairs and has a round breakfast table and an antique sidetable that opens out into a full size dining table. An open layout leads to a large backroom with four large windows, one of which is floor to ceiling, and has a comfortable arm chair, an antique rocking chair, desk and bookshelves. View onto community gardens and private landscaped yard. The downstairs TV room has two sets of windows and two glass doors opening onto the yard, inlaid mahogany coffee table, cottage-style chest of drawers and matching small desk, bookshelves, a 42' flat screen HDTV installed on the wall with DVR, DVD, VHS players. The yard is about 350 square feet, with a sunken stone patio area, table and chairs, and park bench. Wi-fi reaches the yard. Pets welcome. Landscaped garden with trees, shrubs and flowers and a comfortable outdoor daybed for summer lounging.

There is a one-time $200 cleaning fee for all stays.

There is a $500 damage deposit.
