Our 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths condo #502 is located on the 5th/top floor of  
Seaview Condominiums.  Sleeps 7.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Master Suite: 
*   King-size bed  
*   Walk-in closet  
*   Full bath with separate vanity area  
This bedroom opens directly onto the large balcony overlooking the  
gulf (Listen to the gentle roll of the waves at  
night).  
The second bedroom has a queen-size and a twin bed with a walk-in  
closet. 
The third bedroom is smaller with a day bed and trundle underneath.   
Complete kitchen with oven/range, microwave, refrigerator  
w/icemaker, & dishwasher. 
Full sized washer and dryer in the condo. There are 3 TV’s,  
2 DVD/VRC combo, 1 VCR, and a stereo system. 
All linens and towels are supplied   
Living room opens to a large balcony directly overlooking the Gulf  
of Mexico.  Enjoy your meal while watching the  
beautiful sunsets or the dolphins perform.

Activities and Attractions

The Seaview Condominiums have a private (uncrowded) beach, heated  
pool surrounded by lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi.  There is also a  
barbeque area, 2 Tiki Huts for picnics by the pool, shuffleboard,  
and a volleyball net. One assigned parking space is provided (there  
are also several visitor spaces).  
John’s Pass is 1 1/2 , miles south- there you will find shopping,  
restaurants, jet skis, parasailing, boat rentals, sightseeing,  
fishing charters, dolphin watching, gambling trips, and sunset  
cruises.   
30 min. from Tampa International Airport & St. Petersburg/Clearwater  
Airport 
90 min. from Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World 
30 min. from Bush Gardens, Adventure Island Water Park and Tampa zoo 
30 min from Major League Sports – Devil Rays Baseball, Buccaneers  
Football and Lightning Ice Hockey, 
Spring training for 20 major league baseball teams within 1 hour,  
30 golf courses within 30 miles including the Belleview Biltmore  
golf course, the closest championship course to the gulf beaches. 
There are 3 fishing Piers close by.  They offer great fishing at a  
reasonable rate ($20 includes pier admittance, parking and live  
bait).  Fish caught from these piers are Spanish Mackeral, pompano  
jack crevalle, bluefish, trout snook and red drum. The North  
Reddington pier is closest.

balance is due at check-in (or prior to check-in if after 8pm)
