Welcome to our beautiful villa at 5 Star resort community Orange Tree, 8 miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses, 5 minutes drive from Wal-Mart Super Center, restaurants, and other retail stores. Our villa was just recently renovated by a professional interior decorator. All appliance, furniture, bedroom sets, TVs, and many other amenities are brand new, making your stay truly "worry free."

The Orange Tree community offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and 2 children's playgrounds. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are only a few minutes drive away.

This lovely home offers everything you need for the perfect vacation! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a screened large swimming pool. There are 2 Master suites (one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed) both with en-suite bathrooms and leading to the Lanai and pool/spa area. Each of the 2 additional bedrooms has its own 2 twin beds and a shared luxury family bathroom. The villa is fully equipped and furnished with air conditioning, washer, dryer, refrigerator, LCD TVs (including a 42 inch in the family room), high-speed internet, telephone, pool table, air hockey, utensils, baby utilities (crib, high chair, and stroller), and many others. The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms to open out onto the fully screened pool deck which has a child protection fence around the optionally heated pool. Outside has a very spacious pool deck and a covered lanai with table & chairs & sun loungers.

You will find a guest book in the house which is very informative. Information includes theme parks, restaurants, shows & shopping malls.

Disney's theme parks are approx 15 mins drive away.
There are a number of famous golf courses (Champions Gate, Reunion, etc.) within a 5-10 mins drive.
Orange Tree community offers tennis and basketball courts, a full size football pitch and two children's play areas. If you like walking there are some nice walks through conservation in the community.

Nearby shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, banking facilities, movie theaters, fitness clubs, etc.

Regular season $890 per week or $128 per night 

Pool Heater (optional) $20/day

$990 per week or $148 per night for "Thanksgiving" week, Christmas, New Year and Easter Week. 

Above rate not include 13% FL Tax.  Booking less than 7 nights will subject to a one time cleaning fee of $85.
