The open dining room, with seating for 6, is located in between the open living room and kitchen area in the middle of the horse shoe part of the house.

You have so much close by – you can go golfing at the Emerald Cove Golf Course or take your bike and cruise the Keys. The river is what you make it – if you want a action packed week or weekend you have the sand bar up river, you have Roadrunner for food and drinks as well as Fox’s. If you want to gamble and play a few slots you have the Blue Water Casino down river just moments away – the BEST part is do you want to drive your car or take the boat – that is the beauty of the Parker Strip. If you want RELAXATION this is definitely the place for you. When you sit out on your covered balcony, or by the water, you are in your own private paradise away from it all – off the main river enough that the sound of a boat engine is a hum going by and your boat is not being lapped up against the dock in busy times. Just soak in the sunshine & enjoy the serenity. Margarita or Mai Tai optional.

Drive your boats to the Bluewater Casino or one of the riverfront restaurants or one of the floating bars directly from your back door. Easy access to shopping and fuel both by boat and car. You are about 45 mins by car to Lake Havasu. Summer visitors enjoy boating, jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing, and wakeboarding. Winter visitors enjoy riding motorcycles and ATV's or just relax, read a book outside and watch the river float by.
