The Ormsby House is located in Black Bart section of South Lake Tahoe off of Pioneer Trail. There is a superb view of the meadow, mountains, and Trout Creek from the 55-foot deck. You can cross-country ski, snow shoe, or go for a hike from right out the back door. This home went through a $100,000 interior upgrade in 2008: mirrored closet doors, kitchen remodel (stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, new flooring), heated travertine flooring, new double paned windows, new heating system, new carpeting, improved décor, new TV’s, bathroom remodel with new tile flooring, timed heat lamps, new lighting and much more.
