Come enjoy the serenity of the Luxury TreeHouse in Tahoe Donner! This place has it all and is ideal for your family and friends, complete with 5 bedrooms/4 baths, a hot tub, and fabulous views of the forest and distant mountains. This stunning property has 3 floors to easily accommodate multiple families. Note that the property is being completely refurnished in April, so the photos will change and all the furnishings will be upgraded and new!

The top floor is mostly a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, an artisan stone gas fireplace, an open kitchen, a wall of glass and a deck overlooking the trees. The setting is completely private and below the road. With a greenbelt in back and an empty lot next door.... you look out at nothing but nature! There is also a new 46" flat screen TV on a rotating arm on the wall, with DVD, Internet access for streaming, and Cable. The top floor has a queen master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a full bath.

The 2nd floor, which is the entry level, has another master bedroom with king bed and full bath, including a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower, and a guest bedroom and second full bath. The guest room has a queen bed, plus a twin and trundle bed so it can be shared by a couple, up to 4 kids, or a full family. There is also a 2 car garage on this level.

The third level has another master bedroom with king bed and stone bathroom with a walk in shower. Plus, a step down media room which is also a 5th bedroom with 3 twin memory foam beds. The media room has a huge, 55" flat screen TV, a dvd player with Internet access for your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon streaming, cable, and even a Wii with 4 remotes (yes, we have Wii Ski too, plus other Wii games and an Air Hockey Table!).

4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own doors to the tiered decks in back, and the hot tub is off the entry floor master bedroom. Decorated with high end furnishings and finishes, top quality cookware, and with features for everyone in the family, you will find your serenity at the Luxury TreeHouse in Tahoe Donner!
