This majestic four bedroom, three bath home on Martis Landing just moment from the Northstar Village. It's great living room with ample seating around a large central fireplace. A second seating area for TV viewing and piano. Wrap around deck with great views across Martis Valley and of Castle peak to the north. The open and bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an espresso machine. The dining room has a round table which seats 12.
The lower level with three bedrooms also has a seating area, card room, game room with a pool table, card table and Steam Sauna. The lower deck has a private hot tub looking out over Martis Valley and Castle Peak. The master bedroom has a California king bed, entertainment center, den with gas fireplace, and the master bath also has large tub with spa jets. Plenty of parking in front in addition to a two car attached garage. The large mudroom entry has room for all your skis and boots. Situated for maximum privacy, the deck is perfect for afternoon BBQ's and evening cocktails while taking in spectacular sunset views.
