5th fairway  of the Champs course Overlooking the Green and Fairway.  
Private Driveway and entrance to Villa. 
 
There is a HEATED pool just 200ft.from the  
Villa with Clubhouse ,party room and shuffle board courts. 
 
The VILLA features 2 Br,2Ba. The Master Bedroom has a "King" size  
bed and the 2nd bedroom has two singles. The Master bath is very  
large with plenty of room to move around. The second Bath is a full  
bath.Both have ceramic tile floors. 
 
Plenty of room in the Living / Family room with "Cathedral  
Ceilings".There is an extra patio room that can be private also that  
has a day bed in it. (Ceramic Tile) 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances to suit  
your cooking needs. (Ceramic tile) 
 
Attached garage has room for 1 Car ,Golf cart and plenty of extra  
space and shelves for storage.

Gardens.  The famous cultural Van Wee Theater and the Ringling  
Museum.  "Minutes" from Grocers; Publix ,BJ's, Sams, Winn Dixie.
