Vacation Rental Description

This "turnkey" 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence features beautiful light  
wood flooring and vaulted ceiling. The spacious screened lanai  
overlooks the golf course and wooded preserve. The residence has a  
washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen complete with dishes,  
cookware, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, flatware, coffe maker and  
has an adequate stock of linens and towels. The residence also has  
basic cable and local phone service for your convenience. For your  
entertainment this residence is equipped with 2 TV's,VCR,DVD and  
radio/CD player. In addition,the condo is equipped with a DSL High  
Speed modem that works with any lap top computer for added  
convenience. The residence has its own private designated covered  
parking space and private gated entrance into the property.

We are located in North Naples about 15 minutes from Olde Naples,  
which offers quaint boutiques, curio shops, cafes and fine art  
galleries.  The shopping is spectacular here with indoor malls and  
multi plex theaters just minutes away. Enjoy dining outdoors  
orwalking along miles of white sand beaches with dazzling views of  
the Gulf of Mexico which are just minutes away.  There are hundreds  
of restaurants and places to shop along Routes 41 and 31. Very close  
to numerous cultural attractions and minutes away from I-75.  You  
are  
minutes away from world class healthcare at Cleveland Clinic  
Foundation Naples and shopping food centers.

that offers a beautiful club house and lounge overlooking a  
spectacular view of the golf course and wooded preserve. Amenities

community pool and jacuzzi approximately 30 feet from the property.

High season split month rentals accepted at a higher rental fee

$75.00 Cleaning Fee (negotiable) 
$150.00 Golf Equity Transfer Fee (paid directly to Cypress Woods) 
$100.00 Application association fee (paid directly to C.W.C.C.) 
Rentals are confirmed once the deposit has been recieved & deposited
