Our home is your perfect home away from home – located in West Seattle with a spectacular view of Elliot Bay, downtown Seattle, Washington State ferry traffic and more.

Sit on the outdoor deck in the sun or next to the propane heater, or better yet sit in the outdoor hot tub, and watch the ferries travel across Elliot Bay…..soak in the endless views of the water, the Cascade Mountains, the Space Needle and the entire Seattle skyline.  Or if you prefer, stay inside and look out the huge picture windows from the comfort of the family room while sitting by the fireplace or in the quaint breakfast nook. 

Our gourmet chef’s kitchen has recently been remodeled and has every convenience.  Cook in luxury surrounded by cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances.  The gas grill is just steps away on one of the three view decks.  Or, treat yourself to one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area.

If you are a piano player, you’ll love the baby grand piano in the living room, and even if you aren’t, it’s beautiful to look at.  Listen to your own music or turn on the stereo, find treasures through the telescope and more.

The house has four bedrooms and sleeps eight people. Step up from the kitchen, while perhaps carrying your cappuccino from the kitchen’s cappuccino maker, and you have your choice of two of the bedrooms – each fitted with queen beds.  On this floor you’ll find a full bathroom with luxuries including a towel warmer – perfect for warm days or cold.  Take the private stairs to the top level of the house and you’ll find a “hidden treasure” – a queen bed with a view of the water and the Seattle skyline, a large TV, and your own private balcony bringing you even closer to the fabulous view.

In the lower level you’ll find a space full of options – a complete rec room with a pool table, a flat screen TV with CD/DVD, video games, and a fireplace; a second kitchen; another bedroom that sleeps two; a completely remodeled marble bathroom; a full laundry room; and a separate entrance that affords access to the hot tub.

Alki Beach is less than two miles from the house and is one of the most loved attractions in Seattle – walk on the beach, have a meal at one of the many restaurants, find a starfish on the shore, ride bikes, take in beautiful views of the Seattle Skyline, the mountains, and more.  The house is also close to several other city parks, coffee shops, the water taxi into downtown Seattle, grocery stores and many other conveniences, excursions and things to do.
