Beach House Retreat in Grand Haven

This very clean beach house retreat is located within a private association of 20 cottages and year round homes with over 2000' of Lake Michigan beach with our famous "singing" sands.  We are one mile south of the State Park and pier and about 1 mile north of the Rosy Mound Natural Area.  Quiet private roads, tennis court, basketball 1/2 court, play area and bon fire pit on the beach for marshmallow roasting!  Plenty of beach for volleyball and all your beach toys! 

Cottage has huge deck for entertaining, grilling, eating dinner or late night star gazing!  Screened porch for afternoon reading and relaxing.  Open floor plan with only one step up onto deck.  Single family or two couples only; max of 6.  Pets allowed but must be approved first and must always be on leash outside. No smoking.

Gas grill, wireless internet, cable, VCR/DVD, washer & dryer, everything you need for cooking and cleaning are here.  Linens NOT provided - one Q bed, one F, one T and one roll-away.

World's Largest Musical Fountain every night; Tuesdays in the Park with live music; Dancin' on the Grand every Wednesday;  Fouth of July Fireworks; Coast Guard Festival; free concerts downtown.

Great dining, live music and shopping downtown.  Two and 1/2 miles of boardwalk along the river.  Great golf courses and over a hundred miles of paved bike paths; Michigan Adventure and Water Park (20 miles).  Or, just soaking up the sunshine on the beach reading a book or building a sandcastle!

Weekly rate is $1600 June 1-22; after July 6 -$1900 except June 29 - July 6 is $2300 (July 4th) and July 28 - Aug 3 is $2300 (Co ast Guard).  Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  Check in 2:00 pm; check out 10:00 am.  50% deposit to hold; balance due 2 weeks before rental along with $300 refundable security deposit ($100 cleaning fee if not left clean).
