Rented by the month only, beginning on the first day of the month and ending the last day of the month. No Split Months. Rate is $1,400 for the month which includes all utilities, fees, and cable TV. $400 refundable damage deposit. We are pet friendly and permit one dog; regrettably, we do no permit cats.
