Charming historic carriage house located behind a Bed & Breakfast on
the Intracoastal Waterway. This apartment has no view, however, the
riverfront and dock are only steps away. The dock has 3-4 ft of
water at low tide and fisherman are welcome. The floors are heart
of pine and there is beadboard wainscoating in the living room. All
furniture, linens, and dishes are of good quality. The bedroom has
a queen bed. There is also a queen size Aero bed for children. The
apartment also has wireless internet available.

There is a deepwater dock available for fishing and mooring a boat.
A 17 ft. grouper hole is right off the dock so you can fish without
a boat. The apartment has a TV/DVD/VCR player,stereo system,
microwave, gas stove and full sized refrigerator. All dishes,
linens, and kitchen equipment are included. There is a living/dining
area, full kitchen, bedroom and bath with shower only. Please note
this apartment is on the second floor over 2 garage areas that are
used for storage and laundry only. It is located on the site of a
bed
& breakfast and has lovely grounds for sitting and barbequing. A
charcoal grill is available for guests use.

Enjoy beautiful New Smyrna Beach were you can drive and park your
car right on the beach. For people who like a car free beach the
south end is car free. The fishing, shrimping, crabbing are
excellent in this area and Ponce Inlet is only 15 min. away by
boat. There are several historic sites in the area and Daytona
International Speedway is 20 min. by car, Space Center is about 1
hr. 15 min. and Disney is about 1 hr. 45 min. There are several golf
courses only a short drive away.
