Vacation Rental Description

Perfect beach house in N. Cape May that is convenient 
To everything. (Adjacent to CapeWoods development) 10 minute drive 
to the Ocean and 5 minutes
To the Bay!  Enjoy the shore in comfort without the beachfront
Rates.  Great for families, situated in a residential area that’s 
quiet
With virtually no traffic. *Families and mature couples preferred.

Home is ranch style with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  Master bedroom
Has its own full bath.  Large master bedroom has queen size bed.
Second bedroom has two twin beds and the third has a queen size bed 
As well w/ vaulted ceiling and palladian window.  Sofa in living 
room 
is a 
queen size sofabed.  Wall to wall carpeting.

·	Vaulted ceilings in living room and dining room w/ skylights
·	Wrap around front porch with outdoor furniture.
·	Driveway and plenty of free off-street parking

grill
·	Satellite dish TV, DVD/VCR
·	Ceiling Fans in all rooms
·	Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator w/ icemaker, stove, 
dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, plates, Pots and pans , 
glasses, blender provided.
·	Sorry, NO pets and NO smoking permitted in residence.
·	Pack N Play, highchair accessibility for small children.
·	Pillows, and a blanket/comforter provided for each bed.

Activities and Attractions

Great Beaches, swimming and sunsets by the Bay, and the Ocean!
Come sunbathe at the Bay where your admission is Free! (No beach
Tags required).  It is never crowded and there is plenty of off-
street 
Parking.  The waves are light and slightly warmer making it a great 
Spot for kids).  Right off a popular Bay spot is Harpoon Harry’s 
where
You can grab a light lunch or a cocktail at sunset! 

10 minutes to downtown Cape May, where you can take historic 
house tours, play miniature golf, rent bikes, or just tour the town.

15 minutes to Wildwood where you will find loads of amusement
parks and water parks.

Great Restaurants abound in this area.  Don’t miss a trip to the 
infamous
Lobster House, and our favorite for fine dining, the Pelican Club 
that overlooks
The Atlantic ocean atop the Marquis de Lafayette hotel.  Our 
favorite 
spot
For breakfast is Duffer’s in Wildwood, great for little kids who 
like 
to follow the
Train around the entire restaurant!

Great Golf-  Don’t miss the Cape May National golf course open to 
the 
Public.

Great shops- lots of antiquing to be found, and don’t forget the 
Washington
Street Mall in downtown Cape May

And so much more, Whale and dolphin watching, fishing, sightseeing,
carriage rides, bicycling, kayaking, ,birdwatching, and nature 
hikes.
